What we do


We work with both healthcare consumers and providers (hospitals, general practitioners, nurses, dentists, etc) to improve the safety and quality of healthcare in Queensland by:

  • managing healthcare complaints and enquiries
  • monitoring the quality of health services against our healthcare standards
  • informing people of their right to access high quality, safe healthcare.
