Community market research commences
The Health Quality and Complaints Commission is currently conducting community market research throughout Queensland.
The research is designed to benchmark community perceptions and experiences of both the HQCC and the health system in Queensland. The telephone survey takes approximately eight minutes to complete.
Contact details of participants were obtained by the market research company through random telephone numbers. No contact details or database was provided to the company.
No personal information or contact information, of any survey participant, is provided to the HQCC by the research company.
The market research company acting on our behalf in this instance is Colmar Brunton Research.
We appreciate you taking the time to participate in this valuable community research.
Should you have any further questions please email engage@hqcc.qld.gov.au or phone 3120 5910.
